Jason and I are in Maryland for the weekend. It was my cousin’s wedding last night. But before that, we went to lunch with Lauren and her husband Greg.

* have art degrees
* are the same height
* were both RAs in college
* have similar histories with food and healthy eating/working out
* have golden retrievers
* have similar political beliefs
* and as of yesterday, have the same red Toms
I’m sure there’s much more, but I can’t think of it right now. I’m also flustered because I’m using a PC and don’t know how to make a bullet point. Reason #1234 why Macs are better.
She lives about an hour from where my mom lives and since we didn’t have a ton of time, they drove up to Rockville (about 15 minutes for me, maybe 45 for her) to eat lunch at Lebanese Taverna. It was nice out so we sat outside.
I had the Olivia’s platter which was a choice of three mezza dishes. I chose spicy hummus (though it wasn’t very spicy), vegetarian grape leaves and salad.
And she brought me Kind bars!
I’m so glad you finally got to meet Lauren! I didn’t realize you guys had so much in common, very cool.
